Reservation Deposit

We require a deposit upon registration. This deposit can be applied toward storage fees.

- Base Wax Application: At the end of the season, we apply base wax to the soles to prevent oxidation. (Only for protection. No brushing, No scraping.)
- Edge rust inhibitor: Apply the rust inhibitor manufactured by Gallium at the end of the season.
- Full Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for theft or damage (up to 100,000 JPY).
- Professional Care: Specialized drying and climate-controlled, UV-protected storage to protect your gear from rust, mold, and sun damage during Japan’s humid summer.

- Items: up to 1 pairs of boots
- Full Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for theft or damage (up to 100,000 JPY).

We will store items such as helmets and goggles by packing them into cardboard boxes of the following sizes.

– Width 439 mm
The following items cannot be stored.
- Gadgets containing lithium batteries
- Unwashed clothing stained with sweat or dirt
- Items emitting an unusual odor
- Perishable items
- Action Cameras (e.g., GoPro)

All places in Japan: 6,000 JPY (One-way)
The above is one-way.
- Inbound: When sending your gear to our warehouse at the end of your trip, you can use your preferred carrier or request our assistance with hotel pickup. Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the user. If a user ships an item collect, we will bill them later at the flat rate.
- Outbound: For your next visit, we will deliver your gear to any airport or hotel in Japan at this flat rate. No hidden fees, regardless of the distance (e.g., From Tokyo to Hakuba, Niseko).
Note: Generally, snowboards and boots can be shipped together in a single bag. In contrast, skis and ski boots are often required to be shipped in separate cases by most carriers.
Base Wax Application (Optional)

- Service: Hot base wax application for the sole.
- Note: Scraping and brushing are included.
Laundry Service for Clothing (Optional)
7,900 JPY per One set of clothing
- Service: We will wash and dry one set of snow gear.
- Note: Please allow several days from request to completion.
Shipping to the home country (Optional)
No worries! If you cover the actual shipping costs, we will ship your snow gear from Japan to your home country.
*Coupons can be used for services such as wax application after joining.
How It Works

Please ship your snow gear to the designated location using a shipping carrier. Japanese people can read the alphabet. Forms can be filled out in alphabetical characters. Regarding how to fill out forms and other matters, we will provide guidance videos and webpages after enrollment.
*Many Japanese people don’t understand English sentences or grammar, but they understand individual words.
We store your gear in a climate-controlled, secure environment.
We will ship your snow gear to your designated location, such as your lodging or ski resort, using a delivery service.

- Where is the warehouse?

The main warehouse is located near Haneda Airport in Tokyo.
- If your company is sending my skis to the lodge where I’ll be staying, by when should I contact you?

We generally request that you make your reservation at least 6 days prior to your skiing date.
- Is the fee charged per bag?

No. The fee applies to the following three types of items:
- Ski or snowboard equipment
- Ski boots or snowboard boots
- Other snow gear (one standard-size cardboard box)
- Should snowboards and skis be shipped in a bag?

Please ship them in a bag. Otherwise, the shipping carrier will not accept them.
- What should I be careful about when using a delivery company?

In Japan, Yamato Transport is the most reliable delivery company. When using Yamato’s Ski & Snowboard Delivery Service, you must use their dedicated bag. It costs around 600 JPY. You can reuse it.
